Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility to study at the University of Helsinki, Republic of Finland

Mobility opportunity for the 2^nd and 3^rd years Bachelor students and the 1^st year Master students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the spring semester of the 2025/2026 academic year at the University of Helsinki, Republic of Finland.

Course catalogue 

List of documents to be submitted in English:

1. CV in EUROPASS;
2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:

• Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
• How will study at the University of Helsinki help you achieve your life goals?
• What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
• Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?

3. Learning Agreement (Table A and B), signed by the academic coordinator or department head (link for downloading Learning Agreement template). Please note that the minimum number of credits for re-enrollment is 15 ECTS.
4. Individual schedule indicating the approximate dates of session upon returning to Home university (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Institute mobility coordinator.
5. Certificate of proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well (link for downloading Certificate template).
6. For Bachelor and Master students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.
7. Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+ programme (duration, level of study, project type, host institution).
8. Copy of the 1^st page of international passport.
