Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility to study at Jagiellonian University, the Republic of Poland
Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd year Bachelor students, 1st year Master students and PhD students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!
Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the autumn semester of the 2026/2027 academic year at Jagiellonian University, the Republic of Poland.
Application deadline: September 21, 2026
Eligible majors: all
List of documents to be submitted in English:
- CV in Europass format;
- Motivation letter(up to 1 page) which should explain:
- Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
- How will study at e Jagiellonian University help you achieve your life goals?
- What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
- Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
- Learning Agreement (Tables A and B) signed bythe student and a responsible person from the faculty/institute (dean of the faculty/director of the institute or academic mobility coordinator of the faculty/institute or head of the department. (link for downloading Learning Agreement template).
Please note that the minimum number of credits for re-enrollment is 18.
- Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be approved andsigned by the dean of the faculty/director of the institute or the academic mobility coordinator of the faculty/institute or the head of the department.
- Certificate of proficiency in English not lower than B2 level. Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well (link for downloading Certificate template).
- Bachelor students: Photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.
Master students: photo or scan of the bachelor’s degree with supplement
PhD students: photo or scan of the master’s degree with supplement
- Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+ programme (duration, level of study, project type, host institution).
- Copy of the 1st page of international passport.
