Call for Applications: Erasmus+ mobility to study at Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, The Kingdom of Spain

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd year Bachelor students and the 1st year Master students and PhD students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during autumn semester of the 2026/2027 academic year at Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, the Kingdom of Spain.

Bachelor students

Please take into account that you need a B1 level of Spanish for all the Degrees because classes are taught in Spanish.

There is an exception for the following Degrees, that can accept students with B2 level of English (only these 3 Degrees):

Master students

Please take into account that you need a B1 level of Spanish for all the Masters because classes are mostly taught in Spanish.

There are 3 Masters that can accept students with B2 level of English (only these 3 Masters):

There is one Master in which classes are taught in Spanish or Galician, but they have support in English for students who aren’t fluent in Spanish: they can do the presentations and projects in English, and the tutorships are in English:

PhD students

You need either B1 Spanish or B1 English.

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV in EUROPASS format
  2. Motivational letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will study at Universidade de Santiago de Compostela help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  1. Learning Agreement (Tables A and B) signed bythe student and a responsible person from the faculty / institute (dean of the faculty / director of the institute or academic mobility coordinator of the faculty / institute or head of the department. (link for downloading Learning Agreement template).

Please note that the minimum number of credits for re-enrollment is 20.

  1. Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be approved andsigned by the dean of the faculty/director of the institute or the academic mobility coordinator of the faculty/institute or the head of the department.
  1. Certificate of proficiency in English not lower than B2 level or Spanish not lower than B1 level. Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well. Link for downloading Certificate template.
  2. Transcript of Records

For Bachelor and Master students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.

For PHD students: scan of Master’s diploma with supplement.

  1. For PhD students: Research Plan, signed by the mobility coordinator at the Faculty/Institute or by the Head of the Department and research supervisor. Pre-acceptance letter from the partner university.
  2. Copy of the 1st page of international passport.
  3. Complete the following Application form
