Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility for training at the University of Barcelona, the Kingdom of Spain

Mobility opportunity for teaching and non-teaching staff of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

We invite you to participate in the mobility program for teaching/training during spring semester of the 2025/2026 academic year under the Erasmus+ Credit Mobility programme at the University of Barcelona, the Kingdom of Spain.

Fields of study:  all (except Medicine and Health Sciences)

The application process must be completed through the online platform.

 List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV in EUROPASS format;
  2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will teaching/training at University of Barcelona help you achieve your life goals
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  1. Filled and signed Mobility Agreement

Before signing the document at KNU, you must contact a representative of the department at the University of L’Aquila by sending an email and attaching your CV. Upon receiving a positive response, please provide your Mobility Agreement form to the coordinator for signature.

  1. Language Certificate – English Language at least a B2 level. Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well. Link for downloading Certificate template.     
  2. A copy of the 1stpage of the passport
  3. Also fill out the KNU Application form

Please send the documents in electronic form to , in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: UB-teaching-2026-Ivanenko or UB-training-2026-Ivanenko.
