Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility to study at Uşak University, the Republic of Türkiye

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd year Bachelor students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the spring semester of the 2025/2026 academic year at Uşak University, the Republic of Türkiye.

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV in EUROPASS format
  2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page), which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the exchange programme and study at Uşak University?
  • How will the studying at Uşak University help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  1. Learning Agreement (Tables A and B) signed bythe student and a responsible person from the faculty / institute (dean of the faculty/director of the institute or academic mobility coordinator of the faculty / institute or head of the department. (link for downloading Learning Agreement template). Please note that the minimum number of credits for re-enrollment is 20 ECTS.
  1. Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be approved andsigned by the academic mobility coordinator of the faculty including the proposed approximate dates of the supplementary session (see the instructions below for details).
  2. Certificateof proficiency in English (not lower than B1 level) or Turkish (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well (link for downloading Certificate template).
  3. For Bachelor students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.
