CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: ERASMUS+ University of Granada, the Kingdom of Spain

FOR TEACHING OR TRAINING MOBILITY IN THE SPRING SEMESTER OF THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR AT THE UNIVERSITY OF GRANADA (KINGDOM OF SPAIN) UNDER THE ERASMUS+ PROGRAMME * *

Dear academic staff and colleagues of the International Relations Department of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, we are pleased to announce a call for applications for teaching and training mobility opportunities during the spring semester of the 2025/2026 academic year at the University of Granada (Kingdom of Spain) within the Erasmus+ Programme.

1. Teaching mobility

This opportunity allows KNU academic staff to deliver a minimum of 8 teaching hours at the University of Granada (UGR) in any field of study.

Applicants must:

  • obtain a preliminary acceptance letter from the relevant department at UGR;
  • coordinate a teaching plan with the host department;
  • contact the relevant UGR representative by email and attach their CV.

Duration: 5 working days + 2 travel days.

Required documents:
 – CV in Europass format;

  • Mobility Agreement for Teaching, approved by the host department;
  • Signed Letter of Acceptance from UGR;
  • Certificate confirming English/Spanish proficiency at B2 or higher;
  • Copy of the first page of the international passport.

2. For Staff of the International Relations Department

Participation in the 35th Staff Training Week
Theme:
“Navigating Internationalisation: Tools and Practices for IROs”
Dates: 16–20 March 2026

Required documents:

  1. CV in Europass format;
  2. Motivation letter (max. 1 page) addressing:
  • Why do you wish to participate in Erasmus+?
  • How will this training contribute to the internationalisation strategy of KNU?
  • What knowledge and skills do you expect to gain?
  • Why would you be a strong representative of KNU?
  • How do you plan to disseminate the gained experience among colleagues?
  1. Certificate of proficiency in Spanish/English (not lower than B2 level).
  2. Copy of the first page of the international passport;
