Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility for teaching at the University of Santiago de Compostela, Kingdom of Spain

Mobility opportunity for teaching staff of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Credit Mobility programme, you have the opportunity to apply for a teaching scholarship during at the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain.

Periods to carry out the mobility will be during the period of classes always in agreement with the host Professor at USC:

• From 1^stFebruary to 15^th May 2026
• From 15^thSeptember to 15^th November 2026

List of documents to be submitted in English:

1. CV in EUROPASS
2. Proof of employment(updated) at the TSNUK (Ukrainian and English version).
3. Filled and signed Mobility Agreement (Mobility Agreement for teaching)
4. Motivational letter(up to 1 page) which should explain:

• Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
• How will work at the University of Santiago de Compostela help you achieve your life goals?
• What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
• Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  5. List of the activities/content of classes proposed for the mobility (Work Plan).
  6. Invitation letter issued by an USC professor. In order to receive a Letter, please establish contact with the relevant person or department at the University of Santiago de Compostela well in advance. If you are not sure who to contact, on the basis of your CV and Work Plan Proposal university representatives will try to assist and connect you with the department of your academic interest.
  7. Detailed information on previous participation in exchange programmes (duration, level of study, project type, host institution).
  8. Certificateof proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level) and/or Spanish (not lower than B1 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well. Link for downloading the Certificate template.
