Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility to study at the TransFrontEU Consortium University: UNIVERSIDAD DE HUELVA, the Kingdom of Spain

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd year Bachelor students, 1st year Master students and PhD students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the spring semester of the 2025/2026 academic year at UNIVERSIDAD DE HUELVA, the Kingdom of Spain.

Eligible majors: all

Please take into account that you need a B1 level of Spanish for all the Degrees because most of the classes are taught in Spanish.

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV in EUROPASS format
  2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page), which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the exchange programme and study at UNIVERSIDAD DE HUELVA?
  • How will the studying at UNIVERSIDAD DE HUELVA help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  1. Learning Agreement (Tables A and B) signed bythe student and a responsible person from the faculty / institute (dean of the faculty/director of the institute or academic mobility coordinator of the faculty / institute or head of the department. (link for downloading Learning Agreement template). Please note that the minimum number of credits for re-enrollment is 20 ECTS.
  1. Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be approved andsigned by the academic mobility coordinator of the faculty including the proposed approximate dates of the supplementary session (see the instructions below for details).
  2. Certificateof proficiency in Spanish (not lower than B1 level) or English (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well (link for downloading Certificate template).
  3. For Bachelor students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English. For Master and PhD students: scan of Bachelor’s diploma with supplement. For PhD students: Abstract of the PhD Research, approved by the Head of the Department or/and the research supervisor.
