List of documents to be submitted in English:

1. CV;

2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:

• Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
• How will study at The University of Crete help you achieve your life goals?
• What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
• Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?

3. Certificate of proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well. Link for downloading Certificate template.
4. Learning Agreement (Tables A and B) signed by the student and a responsible person from the faculty / institute (dean of the faculty / director of the institute or academic mobility coordinator of the faculty / institute or head of the department (link for downloading Learning Agreement template). Please note that the minimum number of credits for re-enrollment is 20
5. Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be approved and signed by the academic mobility coordinator of the faculty/institute or the head of the department.
6. Photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.
7. Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+programme (duration, level of study, project type, host institution).
8. Copy of the 1^st page of international passport.
