Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility for teaching at the University of Valladolid, the Kingdom of Spain

Mobility opportunity for teaching and non-teaching staff of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

We invite you to take part in a mobility programme for teaching during the spring semester of the 2025/2026 academic year at University of Valladolid, under the Erasmus+ Credit Mobility programme.

Deadline for submitting application documents on the University of Valladolid website is November 3, 2025.

How to apply:

  1. Applications must be submitted and confirmed on the university’s website
  2. Submit your grant application through the system, available through the following link and create a user name as well as fill in all the necessary details for the IN mobility.
  3. List of documentsto be submitted in English:
  • Passport or national identity document
  • CVin EUROPASS format
  • Letter of Recommendation
  • Certificate position (academic staff) at their home institution
  • Certificate of proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level) and/or Spanish (not lower than B1 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well(link for downloading Certificate template).
  1. Signed mobility proposal by home academic responsible and home administrative responsible (this document is issued on step 5 of the application form)
  2. Letter of motivation
  3. In cases of economical or social disadvantages, this must be accredited by providing the pertinent documents in Ukraine.
  4. In the case of special needs, pleace upload the documents required to accredit said situation in Ukraine.
  5. Declaration of compliance with tax and national insurance obligations in the matter of grants. This declaration must be signed by the applicant. (template is available on step 6 of the application form)
  6. Once all of the information has been provided and the documents uploaded, a receipt will be generated which must be signed and also upload onto the UVAMOBPLUS2 platform in order to conclude the application. The whole process should be carried out online through the webpage
