Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility to study at the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg, Federal Republic of Germany

Mobility opportunity for the 2^nd and 3^rd years Bachelor students, the 1^st year Master students and PhD students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the spring semester of the 2025/2026 academic year at the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg, Federal Republic of Germany.

List of documents to be submitted in English:

1. CVin EUROPASS format

2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page), which should explain:

• Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
• How will the studying at the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg help you achieve your life goals?
• What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
• Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?

3. Certificate of proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well (link for downloading Certificate template).

4. Learning Agreement(Tables A and B) signed by the head of the department or the academic coordinator. (link for downloading Learning Agreement template). Please note that the minimum number of credits for re-enrollment is 15 ECTS.

5. Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Faculty/Institute mobility coordinator.

6. For Bachelor and Master students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English. For PhD students: scan of Master’s diploma with supplement.

7. Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+ programme (duration, level of study, project type, host institution).

8. Copy of the 1^st page of international passport.
