Global Engagement Staff Week within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA171 Programme at the University of Ostrava, Czech Republic
Mobility opportunity for teaching and non-teaching staff of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv who coordinate academic mobility programs and/or participate in COIL programmes!
We would like to invite you to participate in the 2nd Global Engagement Staff Week which will take place in Ostrava, Czech Republic, from 13th to 17th October 2025.
This training will focus on the topics regarding internationalization. Over the five-day period, you will have the opportunity to take part in a dynamic and engaging programme featuring seminars, workshops, and social events. It is also a unique chance to meet partners from different countries, establish new collaborations, and experience the environment where your students will spend a semester.
The meeting will focus on sharing experiences with the following highlights: the role of IRO’s, social mission of universities, student services, virtual mobilities, joint study programmes etc.
Event duration: October 13-17, 2025
Place: Ostrava, Czech Republic
Application deadline (to the International Relations Office): 10 September 2025.
List of documents to be submitted in English:
- CV in EUROPASS format;
- Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
- Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
- How will training at the University of Ostrava help you achieve your life goals?
- What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
- Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
- Certificate of proficiency in English (not lower than В2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well. Link for downloading Certificate template.
- Previous experience in organizing and conducting COIL and/or academic mobility programmes.
- A copy of the photo page of the passport
