Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd years Bachelor students, the 1st year Master students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!
The University of Warsaw invites students for an exchange program within the framework of bilateral cooperation during the fall semester of the 2025-2026 academic year. The host university offers free tuition, all other expenses are covered by the student himself.
Application deadline: 23 April 2025
List of documents to be submitted in English (Individual Plan in Ukrainian):
- CV in EUROPASS format;
- Motivation letter (up to 1 page).
- Certificate of proficiency in English or Polish (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well.

- For Bachelor students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records translated in English.
For Master students: scan of Bachelor’s diploma with supplement.
- Individual plan indicating the approximate dates of session upon returning to Home university (link for downloading Individual plan template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Faculty/Institute mobility coordinator. Minimal amount of ECTS – 15.
