Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd years Bachelor students and 1st year Master Students and PhD students of Educational and Scientific Institute of Philology of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the autumn semester of the 2025/2026 academic year at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, Federal Republic of Germany.

Eligible majors: German Philology

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CVin EUROPASS format
  2. Motivation letter (1 page), which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will the studying at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  1. Certificate of proficiency in German min. B2 level. Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well (link for downloading Certificate template).
  2. Learning Agreement(Tables A and B) signed by the head of the department or the academic coordinator. (link for downloading Learning Agreement template)

Minimal amount of ECTS – 15.

  1. Individual scheduleindicating the approximate dates of session upon returning to Home university (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Institute mobility coordinator.
  2. For Bachelor and Master students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.

For PhD students: scan of Master’s diploma with supplement.

  1. Copy of the 1st page of international passport.
  2. Please complete the following Application form
