Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility to study or have a traineeship at Mendel University in Brno, Czech Republic

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd years Bachelor students and the 1st year Master students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to attend or have a traineeship at Mendel University in Brno, Czech Republic during the autumn semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.

Study period: 15.09.2025 – 06.02.2025

Traineeship period: 2 or 3 months

Deadline for applications: 21 April 2025

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV in EUROPASS format
  2. Motivation letter(up to 1 page), which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the exchange programme and study at Mendel University in Brno?
  • How will the studying at Mendel University in Brno help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
    1. Certificate of proficiency in English not lower than B2 level. Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well (link for downloading Certificate template).
    2. Learning Agreement (Tables A and B) signed by the head of the department or the academic coordinator. (link for downloading Learning Agreement template)
    3. Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Faculty/Institute mobility coordinator.
    4. For Bachelor and Mastet students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.

              For PhD students: scan of Master’s diploma with supplement.

  1. Copy of the 1st page of international passport.
  2. Please complete the following Application form

Please send the documents in electronic form to , in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: MENDELU-autumn-2025-Ivanenko.
