Mobility opportunity for non-teaching staff of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

We invite you to participate in the 9th International Staff Week “Digital Bridges in International Education: Advancing Erasmus+ through Digitalization and Erasmus Without Paper-Blended Intensive Program (BIP)” at Middle Eastern Technical University (Ankara, Republic of Türkiye)

Please note that the participants will be expected to contribute to the program actively. Hence, it is crucial for the nominated staff to have a minimum English proficiency level of B2 as indicated in the IIA in order to make presentations and actively participate in workshop debates

9th ISTW Programme

Duration: 

  • Physical 16 – 20 June 2025
  • Virtual 16 June 2025

Application deadline: 14 April 2025

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV in EUROPASS format
  2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will the training at Middle Eastern Technical University help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  1. Certificate of language proficiency English(not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well.

  1. A copy of the photo page of the passport
