CEU Valencia’s International Week within the framework of COIL project at Cardenal Herrera University in Valencia, the Kingdom of Spain

Mobility opportunity for teachers and administrative staff of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

We invite you to the International Week 2025 within the international COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) project, which will take place at CEU Cardenal Herrera University in Valencia, the Kingdom of Spain.

The topic is «Internationalisation at Home | Internationalisation for All».

Event duration: 16-20 June 2025.

Place: Valencia, Spain.

Language: English.

Application deadline: 4th April 2025.

This event will follow the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) format, combining both in-person and virtual sessions to offer a flexible and enriching experience. It is designed to provide participants with tools and strategies to develop virtual international collaboration experiences. The programme will include seminars, workshops, and interactive activities, fostering the exchange of best practices among universities worldwide.

Preliminary Programme

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV in EUROPASS format;
  2. Motivation letter(up to 1 page) which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will training at CEU Cardenal Herrera University help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  1. Certificateof proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well.

  1. Detailed information on previous experience in organizing and conducting the COIL joint international online learning program (name, date of implementation, partner university).
  2. A copy of the photo page of the passport.
  3. Fill out the application form

Please send the documents in electronic form, in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: CEU_2025_Ivanenko.
