Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility for teaching or training at Lodz University of Technology, the Republic of Poland

Mobility opportunity for teaching and administrative staff of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

We are pleased to announce a call for applications for teaching and training mobility during the spring semester of the 2025/2026 academic year at Lodz University of Technology (Republic of Poland) within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme.

The deadline for sending the documents for participation in the call for applicatons has been extended until April 1, 2026. (included)

Mobility for Teaching

This mobility is intended for academic staff who will deliver teaching activities at Lodz University of Technology. Participants are expected to teach a minimum of 8 hours during their stay. Academic staff may also be invited to give a short presentation about their home university to students and staff at Lodz University of Technology.

Mobility for Training

This mobility is intended primarily for administrative staff or academic staff holding managerial or administrative responsibilities. Participants applying for STT mobility will be invited to take part in the Erasmus+ Staff Week entitled “Shaping the Future of Erasmus+”, organized by the International Cooperation Centre of Lodz University of Technology, which will take place from 25 to 29 May 2026.

The programme will include:

  • training sessions
  • workshops
  • brainstorming meetings
  • discussions on Erasmus+ development
  • well-being activities
  • cultural events presenting the heritage of the city of Lodz.

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV in EUROPASS format;
  2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will teaching/training at Lodz University of Technology help you achieve your life goals
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  1. Filled and signed by the participant Mobility Agreement for Teaching/Training

The Mobility Agreement for Teaching/Training must include the approval signature of the mobility coordinator of your faculty or institute in the lower right corner of the first page of the document.

  1. Language Certificate – English Language at least a B2 level. Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well. Link for downloading Certificate template.
  2. A copy of the 1st page of the passport
  3. Also fill out the KNU Application form

Please send the documents in electronic form to , in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: UL-teaching -2026-Ivanenko or UL-training-2026-Ivanenko.
