Call for Applications: Erasmus+ mobility to study at Regensburg University of Applied Sciences (OTH), the Federal Republic of Germany
Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd year Bachelor students and the 1st year Master students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!
Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the spring semester of the 2026/2027 academic year at Regensburg University of Applied Sciences (OTH), the Federal Republic of Germany.
Information about the student exchange programme
Deadline for emailing application documents to the partner university: 29 October 2026.
Please note that the selection is carried out by both partner universities.
In this regard, to participate in the programme, you need to fill out a Google form from KNU, as well as upload all the necessary documents in accordance with the requirements of Regensburg University of Applied Sciences (OTH).
Eligible majors: Computer Science and Mathematics
List of documents to be submitted in English:
- CV in EUROPASS;
- Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
- Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
- How will study at the OTH Regensburg help you achieve your life goals?
- What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
- Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
3. Certificate of proficiency in English or German(not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well (link for downloading Certificate template). Please check the language of the courses on the university website.
4. Bachelor students: Transcript of records. Master students: A scanned copy of the Bachelor’s diploma with supplement.
5. Fill in the Application form
Please send the documents in electronic form to and , in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: OTH_REG_spring-2027-Ivanenko.
Financial terms
The modalities of the scholarship from ERASMUS+ KA171 for Incoming students are:
– Average 900€ month, but calculated on a daily rate (depending on how many days the students are in Regensburg for studies)
– Top Up 250€ a month
– Travel rate of around 309€ – 417€ (depending on the means of transport used for travelling, paid only once for both ways, back and forth together)
– Attendance and Exam in one German language course and minimum 3 faculty courses during the semester (min. 20 ECTS)
– Attendance of mandatory meetings and events
