Call for Applications: 3rd International Staff Training Week in the framework of the Erasmus+ programme at Nantes Université, the French Republic
Mobility opportunity for library staff of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!
We invite you to participate in the 3rd International Staff Training Week that will take place at Nantes Université, the French Republic from 8-12 June 2026 in the framework of the Erasmus+ Credit Mobility Programme.
This year, the focus will be on university libraries, with a spotlight on how the services are evolving and how the spaces are changing in response to these evolutions ; how the libraries fit into the campuses and how they are changing along with the universities ; and how the professional practices are reinventing themselves to adapt to it.

Since the call is organised jointly with the partner, applicants must submit the following documents in English to the email address of the International Relations Office:
- CV in EUROPASS format
- Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
- Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
- How will the training at Nantes Université help you achieve your life goals?
- What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
- Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
- Certificate of language proficiency English (not lower than B1- B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well. Link for downloading Certificate template.
- A copy of the photo page of the passport
- Fill out the following form
