Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility to study at Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences (SUAS), Germany

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd years Bachelor students, 1st year Master students PhD students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the spring semester of the 2025/2026 academic year at Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences, Germany.

Courses

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV in EUROPASS format
  2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page), which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will the studying at SUAS help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
    1. Certificate of proficiency in English or German (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well(link for downloading Certificate template).
    2. Learning Agreement (Tables A and B) signed by the student and a responsible person from the faculty / institute (dean of the faculty / director of the institute or academic mobility coordinator of the faculty / institute or head of the department. (link for downloading Learning Agreement template). Please note that the minimum number of credits for re-enrollment is 20
    3. Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be approved and signed by the academic mobility coordinator of the faculty/institute with the indicated approximate dates for the examination upon return.
    4. For Bachelor students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English. For Master and PhD students: scan of the diploma with supplement.
  1. Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+programme (duration, level of study, project type, host institution).
  2. Copy of the 1st page of international passport.
  3. Please complete the following Application form

Please send the documents in electronic form to , in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: SUAS-2026-Ivanenko.
