The participation in the exchange program at Jeonbuk National University (JBNU) within the framework of bilateral cooperation agreement

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd, 3rd year Bachelor students, the 1st year Master students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!
We invite you to participate in the competitive selection to study in the exchange program within the framework of bilateral cooperation during the spring semester, the academic year 2025-2026 at Jeonbuk National University.
Financing.
Students will only need to purchase their flight tickets and prepare their own personal allowances. Tuition fees are completely waived under our MOU. The dormitory fee is USD 900 per semester, but JBNU will support 500,000 won(USD 350). Therefore, students will only pay 800,000 won(USD 550) for one semester, which includes three meals per day from Monday to Friday. This means that for USD 550, students are fully covered for both accommodation and weekday meals throughout the semester.
Medical Insurance.
Exchange students are required to have both National Health Insurance and Private
Medical Insurance for international students.
- National Health Insurance Service(NHIS)
– Fee: Approx. KRW75,000/month
– Benefits: Dental Clinic, Medical treatment, Health Checkup. etc.
- Private Medical Insurance
– Fee: Approx. KRW44,000/6months
*Students who do not pay their Insurance fee may have in trouble with their visa

List of documents to be submitted in English:
- CV in EUROPASS format;
- Motivation letter (up to 1 page).
- Certificate of proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well. Link for downloading Certificate template.
- For Bachelor students: scan of the Transcript of Records translated in English and certified. For acquiring a Transcript of Records, please contact an academic coordinator at the faculty/institute. For Master students: scan of Bachelor’s diploma with supplement.
- Individual plan (link for downloading Individual plan template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Faculty/Institute mobility coordinator. Please note that the minimum number of credits for re-enrollment is 15 ECTS.
