Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility for training at the University of Huelva, Kingdom of Spain

Mobility opportunity for non-teaching staff of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

We invite you to take part in 2026 International Week for training that will take place at the University of Huelva, the Kingdom of Spain, on May 4–8, 2026 under the Erasmus+ Credit Mobility programme.

Detailed information about the mobility

List of documents to be submitted in English:

1. CV in EUROPASS format;
2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:

• Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
• How will teaching/training at University of Huelva help you achieve your life goals
• What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
• Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?

3. List of the activities/content of classes proposed for the mobility (Work Plan).
4. Filled and signed Mobility Agreement Mobility Agreement for training
5. Language Certificate – English and/or Spanish Language at least a B2 level.
6. Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+programme (duration, project type, host institution).
7. A copy of the 1^stpage of the passport
8. Application form
