Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility for training at the University of Barcelona, the Kingdom of Spain

Mobility opportunity for teaching and non-teaching staff of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

We invite you to take part in the International Staff Week for training that will take place at the University of Barcelona, the Kingdom of Spain, on April 20-24, 2026 under the Erasmus+ Credit Mobility programme.

Fields of study:  all (except Medicine and Health Sciences)

The application process must be completed through the online platform.

 List of documents to be submitted in English:

1. CV in EUROPASS format;
2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:

• Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
• How will teaching/training at University of Barcelona help you achieve your life goals
• What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
• Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?

3. Filled and signed Mobility Agreement

• Mobility Agreement for teaching
• Mobility Agreement for training

4. Language Certificate – English Language at least a B2 level.
5. A copy of the 1^stpage of the passport
6. Also fill out the KNU Application form
