Mobility opportunity for teaching and non-teaching staff of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

We invite you to take part in a mobility program for teaching or training during the winter semester of the 2025/2026 academic year at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Hellenic Republic under the Erasmus+ Credit Mobility Programme.

List of documents to be submitted in English:

1. CV;
2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:

• Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
• How will work Aristotle University of Thessaloniki help you achieve your life goals?
• What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
• Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?

3. Letter of Pre-acceptance. In order to receive a Letter of Pre-acceptance, please establish contact ECTS Coordinator for the Erasmus+ International well in advance and ask for the consent of the supervisor. The process may take several days at least. If you are not sure who to contact, based on your CV and work plan, representatives of the partner university can help you contact the department you are interested in.
4. Mobility Agreement. Before signing the document at KNU you should contact the relevant faculty/department from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki by sending an e-mail to agree on the teaching plan. If you receive a positive response, provide your Mobility Agreement form to the partner university for signing. After that, get a signature at KNU. It must only include the mobility period excluding the travel days.

6. Language Certificate – min. English B2 level.
7. A copy of the 1^stpage of the passport

Please send the documents in electronic form to , in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: AUTH_TEACHING-2025-Ivanenko or AUTH_TRAINING-2025-Ivanenko.
