Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility for study, Lodz University of Technology, Poland

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd years Bachelor students and the 1st year Master students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to attend the Lodz University of Technology, Poland during the winter semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CVin EUROPASS format
  2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page), which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the exchange programme and study at the Lodz University of Technology?
  • How will the studying at the Lodz University of Technology help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
    1. Certificateof proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well(link for downloading Certificate template).
    2. Learning Agreement(Tables A and B) signed by the head of the department or the academic coordinator. (link for downloading Learning Agreement template). Please note that the minimum number of credits for re-enrollment is 15 ECTS.
    3. Individual schedule(link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Faculty/Institute mobility coordinator.
    4. For Bachelor students:photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.

For Master students: scan of Bachelor’s diploma with supplement.

  1. Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+programme (duration, level of study, project type, host institution).
  2. Copy of the 1st page of international passport.
  3. Please complete the following Application form

Please send the documents in electronic form to , in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: Lodz-2025-Ivanenko.
