Call for Applications: Erasmus+ mobility to study at Université Libre de Bruxelles, the Kingdom of Belgium

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd years Bachelor students and the 1st year Master students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!
Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the autumn semester of the 2025/2026 academic year at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, the Kingdom of Belgium.
Application deadline: 15 June 2025
Eligible majors: Philology, Linguistics or Translation
Please note that French must be among the languages you are studying. Ideally, your proficiency in French should be at least at the B1 level, as this will ensure your successful participation in the regular academic program of the faculty.
List of documents to be submitted in English:
- CV in EUROPASS format;
- Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
- Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
- How will study at the Université Libre de Bruxelles help you achieve your life goals?
- What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
- Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
- Learning Agreement(Table A and B), signed by the academic coordinator or department head (link for downloading Learning Agreement template).
Minimal amount of ECTS – 15.
- Individual schedule indicating the approximate dates of session upon returning to Home university (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Institute mobility coordinator.
- Certificate of proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level) or French (not lower than B1 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well. Link for downloading Certificate template.
- For Bachelor and Master students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.
- Copy of the 1st page of international passport.
- Fill out the Application form
