List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will study at The University of Crete help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  1. Learning Agreement (Table A and B), signed by the academic coordinator or department head (template).
  2. Certificate of proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well. Link for downloading Certificate template.
  3. Photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.
  4. Copy of the first page of the foreign passport.
  5. Fill in the Application form
