Staff Training Week within the framework of the Erasmus+ ICM Programme at Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovak Republic

Mobility opportunity for teaching and non-teaching staff of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

We invite you to take part in the Staff Week called The Dynamics of Internationalisation which is organised by Comenius University Bratislava, Slovak Republic.

Event duration: 12-16 May 2025

The International Week is organised in order to discuss the dynamics of internationalisation focusing on student engagement and student-centred communication & promotion strategies. Moreover, colleagues responsible for International Credit Mobility (KA171) project management are also invited.

Preliminary Programme of the Staff Week

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV in EUROPASS format;
  2. Motivation letter(up to 1 page) which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will training at Comenius University Bratislava help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  1. Certificateof proficiency in English (not lower than B1 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well.

  1. A copy of the photo page of the passport
  2. Fill out the TSNUK form
  3. Fill out the partner university registration form

Deadline for applying to the staff week is 28 February 2025.

The results will be announced by 15 March 2025.

Please send the documents in electronic form, in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: Comenius _STW_2025_Ivanenko.
