Participation in the exchange programme within the bilateral agreement (Lund University, Sweden)

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd years Bachelor students and the 1st year Master students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Lund University invites you to participate in a mobility within the framework of the bilateral cooperation during autumn semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.
Lund University offers to participants of the programme:
- studying without paying tuition fees;
- financial support (monthly scholarship);
- accommodation on campus (under the condition of availability)
Application deadline: 14 March 2025
Eligible majors: all (except Bioinformatics, Journalism, Management and Economics).
When applying, please consider the requirements of the Faculties to the applicants.
Please check the language of instruction on the Lund University’s website.
Proficiency in English must be not lower than B2, Swedish – not lower than C1, B2 – depending on the discipline.
List of documents to be submitted in English:
- CV;
- Motivation letter (up to 1 page), which should explain:
- Why do you want to participate in the exchange programme and study at the Lund University?
- How will the studying at the Lund University help you achieve your life goals?
- What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
- Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
- Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Faculty/Institute mobility coordinator. Please note that the minimum number of credits is 15 ECTS.
- Certificate of proficiency in English and/or Swedish (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well (link for downloading Certificate template).
- For Bachelor students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.
For Master students: scan of Bachelor’s diploma with supplement.
6.Details on previous participation in exchange programmes (duration, study cycle, project type, host institution).
7.Copy of the 1st page of international passport.

Please send the documents in electronic form to erasmus.international@knu.ua, in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: Lund-2025-Ivanenko.
