Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility for study, UNIVERSIDAD DE SEVILLA, the Kingdom of Spain

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd years Bachelor students, 1st year Master students and PhD students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the spring semester of the 2024/2025 academic year UNIVERSIDAD DE SEVILLA, the Kingdom of Spain.

Eligible majors: all

Please take into account that the classes for Bachelor and Master students are taught in Spanish, so you must know Spanish at least on a B1 level.

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV in EUROPASS format
  2. Motivational letter (up to 1 page), which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will the studying at the UNIVERSIDAD DE SEVILLA help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  1. Certificate of proficiency in Spanish (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well(link for downloading Certificate template).
  2. Learning Agreement (Tables A and B) signed by the head of the department or the academic coordinator. (link for downloading Learning Agreement template)
  3. Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Faculty/Institute mobility coordinator.
  4. For Bachelor students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.

            For Master and PhD students: scan of Bachelor’s diploma with supplement.

            For PhD students: a brief report (maximum of 4 pages) with their proposed work.

  1. Copy of the 1st page of international passport.
  2. Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+ programme (duration, level of study, project type, host institution).
  3. Please complete the following Application form

Please send the documents in electronic form to , in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: SEVILLA-2025-Ivanenko.
