Mobility opportunity for the 2^nd and 3^rd years Bachelor students, the 1^st year Master students and PhD students

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the spring semester of the 2023/2024 academic year at the University of Torun, Poland

List of documents to be submitted in English:

1. CV in EUROPASS format;
2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page), which should explain:

• Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
• How will study at the University of Torun help you achieve your life goals?
• What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
• Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?

3. Certificate of proficiency in Polish (not lower than B2 level) and/or English (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well.

4. Learning Agreement (draft). You only need to fill in the BEFORE THE MOBILITY section. Learning Agreement has to be signed by the head of the department or the academic coordinator.

5. For Bachelor students: Transcript of records translated in English and certified. For acquiring a transcript of records, please contact a guidance counselor at the faculty/institute. Contact for certification of translation.

For Master and PhD students: scan of Bachelor’s diploma with supplement.

6. Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Faculty/Institute mobility coordinator. Details on filling in the Individual schedule are below.

Please send the documents in electronic form to and the e-mail of Project Coordinator Professor M. Palienko – in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: Torun_2023_Ivanenko.
