Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility to study at the University of Konstanz, the Federal Republic of Germany

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd year Bachelor students, the 1st year Master students and PhD students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the autumn semester of the 2026/2027 academic year at the University of Konstanz, the Federal Republic of Germany.

Courses

Eligible majors:  History, Sociology, Sport Sciences, Literature, Linguistics, Law, Economics, Politics, Mathematics, Informatics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Psychology , Philosophy.

Please note that at the University of Konstanz most courses are taught in German, although some are offered in English. The language of instruction should be checked on the university’s official website.

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV in EUROPASS format
  2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page), which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will studying at the University of Konstanz help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  1. Certificate of proficiency in German and/or English not lower than B2 level. Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well link for downloading Certificate template.
  2. Learning Agreement (draft). Complete only Table A and Table B. The document does not need to be signed. (link for downloading Learning Agreement template).

Please note that the minimum number of credits for re-enrollment is 18 ECTS.

  1. Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be approved and signedby the dean of the faculty/director of the institute or the academic mobility coordinator of the faculty/institute or the head of the department.

For PhD students:

  • a) Research Plan signed by the faculty mobility coordinator, the head of department, or the academic supervisor at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
  • b) Confirmation from the academic advisor at the partner university regarding acceptance.*

*Before submitting the documents, PhD students must contact a potential academic supervisor (academic advisor/host) at the partner university to confirm the possibility of acceptance.  Contact details of coordinators

  1. For Bachelor and Master students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.

   For PhD students: scan of Master’s diploma with supplement.

  1. Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+ programme (duration, level of study, project type, host institution).
  2. Copy of the 1st page of international passport.
  3. Please complete the following Application form
