Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility to study at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, the Hellenic Republic

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd year Bachelor students, the 1st year Master students and PhD students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the autumn semester of the 2026/2027 academic year at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, the Hellenic Republic.

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV in EUROPASS format
  2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page), which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will studying at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  1. Certificate of proficiency in English and/or Greek not lower than B2 level. Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well link for downloading Certificate template.
  2. Learning Agreement (Tables A and B) signed by the student and a responsible person from the faculty / institute(dean of the faculty / director of the institute or academic mobility coordinator of the faculty / institute or head of the department. (link for downloading Learning Agreement template).

Please note that the minimum number of credits for re-enrollment is 25-30 ECTS.

*If you are a PhD student, you need to write in the Learning Agreement the research plan you intend to realise during your mobility.

  1. Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be approved and signed by the dean of the faculty/director of the institute or the academic mobility coordinator of the faculty/institute or the head of the department.
  2. For Bachelor and Master students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English. Additionally, Master’s students must submit a scanned copy of their Bachelor’s diploma along with the transcript (diploma supplement). For PhD students: scan of Master’s diploma with supplement.
  1. Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+ programme (duration, level of study, project type, host institution).
  2. Copy of the 1st page of international passport.
  3. Please complete the following Application form
