Call for Applications: University of Cologne Student Exchange Programme Attention: 2nd- and 3rd-year Bachelor’s students and 1st-year Master’s students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

The Faculty of Management, Economics and Social Sciences of the University of Cologne invites KNU students to study within the framework of bilateral cooperation without financial support during the Spring Semester of the 2026/2027 academic year.

Tuition is free of charge. All other expenses related to the student’s stay in Germany are covered by the student.

Required application documents

The application documents should be submitted in English, except for the Individual Study Plan, which should be completed in Ukrainian:

1. CV in Europass format.
2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page).
3. Certificate confirming English language proficiency at B2 level or higher. KNU language certificates are also accepted.

4. For Bachelor’s students: an officially certified Transcript of Records in English.

For Master’s students: a scan of the Bachelor’s diploma and Diploma Supplement.

5. Individual Study Plan indicating the approximate dates of the examination session afterreturning from the mobility. The Individual Study Plan must be approved and signed by the Head of the Department or the Faculty/Institute Mobility Coordinator.

Please note that the minimum number of credits to be recognised is 15 ECTS.

6. Complete the online application form

IMPORTANT
• All application documents must be combined into one PDF file and arranged in the orderspecified above. Applications submitted in any other format will not be considered.
• The file name should include the name of the host university and the applicant’s surname, e.g. Cologne-2027_Surname.
