The participation in the exchange program at Utrecht University (the Kingdom of the Netherlands)

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd, 3rd year Bachelor students, the 1st year Master students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

We invite you to participate in the competitive selection to study in the exchange program within the framework of bilateral cooperation during the spring semester of the 2026-2027 academic year at Utrecht University.

 The host university offers free tuition, all other expenses are covered by the student himself.

Disciplines

Courses available at the following faculties: Humanities, Social and Behavioural Sciences, Law, Economics & Governance, Science. Limited availability: Biology and Pharmacy (faculty of Science), Biomedical Science (faculty of Medicine).

Application deadline: 10 September 2026.

List of documents to be submitted in English:

1. CV in EUROPASS format;
2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page).
3. Certificate of proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well.

4. For Bachelor students: scan of the Transcript of Records translated in English and certified. For acquiring a Transcript of Records, please contact an academic coordinator at the faculty/institute.

For Master students: scan of Bachelor’s diploma with supplement.

5. Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Faculty/Institute mobility coordinator.
Please note that the minimum number of credits for re-enrollment is 15 ECTS.
