Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility for Teaching or Training at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, the Hellenic Republic

Mobility opportunity for teaching and non-teaching staff of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

We invite you to take part in a mobility program for teaching or training during the winter semester of the 2026/2027 academic year at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Hellenic Republic under the Erasmus+ Credit Mobility Programme.

Please note that the call is open to universities from Region 2 (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine). A total of 24 partner universities are represented in the region. Each university is allocated 5 places for the Teaching and 5 places for the Training. The host university then carries out the final selection of candidates.

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV;
  2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will work Aristotle University of Thessaloniki help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  1. Letter of Pre-acceptance. In order to receive a Letter of Pre-acceptance, please establish contact ECTS Coordinator for the Erasmus+ International well in advance and ask for the consent of the supervisor. The process may take several days at least. If you are not sure who to contact, based on your CV and work plan, representatives of the partner university can help you contact the department you are interested in.
  2. Mobility Agreement for Teaching/Training. This document must be signed by the applicant participating in the call and by the responsible representative of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (TSNUK). The Agreement should include only the mobility period and must not indicate any travel days.

The Mobility Agreement must include the approval signature of the mobility coordinator of your faculty or institute in the lower right corner of the first page of the document.

  1. A detailed plan of the work you intend to do at the university.
  2. Certificate of proficiency in English not lower than B2 level. Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well (link for downloading Certificate template).
  3. A copy of the 1stpage of the international passport.
  4. Fill in the Application form

Please send the documents in electronic form to , in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: AUTH_TEACHING-2026-Ivanenko or AUTH_TRAINING-2026-Ivanenko.

*Candidates will be selected on a competitive basis.
