Call for Applications: Erasmus+ mobility to study at Université Libre de Bruxelles, the Kingdom of Belgium

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd year Bachelor students and the 1st year Master students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!
Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the autumn semester of the 2026/2027 academic year at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, the Kingdom of Belgium.
Application deadline: 01 May 2026
Eligible majors: Philology, Linguistics or Translation
If appropriate, add in the Learning Agreement the following courses: TANDB100 – Tandem linguistique (5 ECTS), and TRADB6002 – Atelier de traduction pour étudiants avancés UA-FR (5 ECTS).
Please note that French must be among the languages you are studying. Ideally, your proficiency in French should be at least at the B1 level, as this will ensure your successful participation in the regular academic program of the faculty.
List of documents to be submitted in English:
- CV in EUROPASS format;
- Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
- Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
- How will study at the Université Libre de Bruxelles help you achieve your life goals?
- What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
- Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
- Learning Agreement (Tables A and B) signed bythe student and a responsible person from the faculty / institute (dean of the faculty / director of the institute or academic mobility coordinator of the faculty / institute or head of the department. Please note that the minimum number of credits for re-enrollment is 18 ECTS.
- Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be approved andsigned by the dean of the faculty/director of the institute or the academic mobility coordinator of the faculty/institute or the head of the department.
- Certificate of proficiency in French not lower than B1 level. Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well. Link for downloading Certificate template.
- For Bachelor and Master students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English. For PhD students: scanned copy of the Master’s diploma with supplement
- Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+ programme (duration, level of study, project type, host institution).
- Copy of the 1st page of international passport.
- Fill out the Application form
