Call for Applications: Erasmus+ mobility to take take part in a summer school at Le Mans University, the French Republic

Mobility opportunity for Bachelor students, Master Students and PhD students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to take part in the Summer School at Le Mans International Campus focused on French language and culture at Le Mans University, the French Republic from 9th June 2026 to 12th July 2026.

Application deadline: 26th April 2026

The programme includes:

  • 48 hours of French language classes (available from beginner level)
  • 27 hours of guided individual study
  • 19 hours of intercultural workshops
  • 3 hours of conferences

Upon successful completion, participants will be awarded:

  • 6 ECTS credits, including:
  • 3 ECTS – French culture
  • 3 ECTS – French as a foreign language

Accommodation and conditions:

Participants will be provided with on-campus student residence:

  • single room with private bathroom
  • bedding kit
  • Wi-Fi
  • accommodation insurance

Meals are not included (a shared kitchen is available for students).

Programme fee: €1500 (includes accommodation, excludes meals)

Funding (Erasmus+ KA171):

  • PhD (with staff status): €400 (travel) + €3900 (stay)
  • PhD (without staff status): €400 + €2100
  • Bachelor’s and Master’s students: €400 + €1900
    (a compulsory hybrid component is required: 1 hour before and 1 hour after the programme)

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV in EUROPASS format;
  2. Motivation letter(up to 1 page) which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will participation in the summer school help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  1. Transcript of Records
  2. Copy of the 1st page of the international passport
  3. Fill in the Google form

IMPORTANT:

Please send the documents in electronic form to , in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: Le_Mans-summerschool-2026-Ivanenko.
