Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the autumn semester of the 2026/2027 academic year at SWPS University, the Republic of Poland at four USWPS campuses: Warsaw, Kraków, Sopot and Wrocław.

- CV in Europass format;
- Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
- Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
- How will study at SWPS University help you achieve your life goals?
- What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
- Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
- Learning Agreement (Tables A and B) signed bythe student and a responsible person from the faculty / institute (dean of the faculty / director of the institute or academic mobility coordinator of the faculty / institute or head of the department. Please note that the minimum number of credits for re-enrollment is 18.
- Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be approved andsigned by the dean of the faculty/director of the institute or the academic mobility coordinator of the faculty/institute or the head of the department.
- Certificate of proficiency in English not lower than B2 level. C1 level of English is required for the Master’s programme in English Studies. Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well (link for downloading Certificate template).

- Photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.
- Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+ programme (duration, level of study, project type, host institution).
- Copy of the 1st page of international passport.
