Call for Applications: Erasmus + mobility to study at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Cologne, Federal Republic of Germany

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd years Bachelor students, the 1st year Master students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!
Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the autumn semester of the 2026/2027 academic year at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Cologne, Germany.
Eligible majors: this programme is of particular interest to students studying philology and languages (available modules: English, Portuguese, French, German, Chinese, etc.), historical sciences (archaeology, American studies), African studies, philosophy and cultural studies.
Please note that the English Studies programme is fully taught in English, while the other programmes are in German. Some courses may be held in English or other foreign languages: African Studies, Archaeology, Chinese Studies, Digital Humanities, History, Linguistics and Phonetics, Media Culture Studies, Musicology, Philosophy, Social and Cultural Anthropology, Slavic Studies, etc.

- Why do you want to participate in the exchange and study at the University of Cologne?

- What knowledge and skills do you expect to acquire?
- Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
- Learning Agreement (Tables A and B) draft signed by the student.(link for downloading Learning Agreement template).
Please note that the minimum number of credits for re-enrollment is 20
- Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be approved and signed by the academic mobility coordinator of the faculty/institute or the head of the department.
- Certificate of language proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well. To download the language form, please follow the link.
- Photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.
- Copy of the 1st page of international passport.
