Mobility Opportunity for the PhD students from the Faculty of Geography at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv

Short-Term Erasmus+ Credit Mobility for РhD students during the autumn or spring semester of the 2026/2027 academic year at Eötvös Loránd University, Hungary.

Field of study: Social and Economic Geography

Documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV in EUROPASS format
  2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page), explaining:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will studying at Eötvös Loránd University help you achieve your academic and life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain, and what skills do you hope to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative of TSNUK for this exchange?
  1. Research Plan, signed by the PhD supervisor and the head of the department.
  1. Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be approved and signed by the dean of the faculty/director of the institute or the academic mobility coordinator of the faculty/institute or the head of the department.
  2. Certificate of proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well (link for downloading Certificate template).
  1. Detailed information on previous participation in Erasmus+ (duration, level of study, project type, host institution).
  1. A copy of the firstpage of your international passport.
  2. Complete the Application form

Send all documents in electronic form to , in a single PDF file (other formats will not be considered), in the order listed above. The file name must include the University, year, and the applicant’s surname: e.g., ELTE-PhD-autumn-2026-Ivanenko or ELTE-PhD-spring-2027-Ivanenko.
