Call for applications: XI Erasmus International Staff Week – “SPANISH LANGUAGE: A linguistic Experience in a European Context” at the University of Burgos, the Kingdom of Spain

Mobility opportunity for the administrative staff of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!
We invite you to take part in International Staff Week that will take place at University of Burgos, the Kingdom of Spain, from 5th to 9th October 2026 in the framework of the Erasmus+ Credit Mobility programme.
Application deadline: 28 February 2026 (included)
The programme welcomes staff from international universities who wish to experience Spanish as a key language of culture, communication, and shared European values. Through an inspiring blend of language learning, heritage exploration, and our renowned gastronomy, participants will discover how Spanish enriches Europe’s cultural diversity and strengthens intercultural dialogue.
THE PROGRAMME IN SHORT:
- Practical Spanish Usage:
- 14 hour course.
- Classes are taught as integrated language skills lessons designed to provide a comprehensive Spanish learning experience in 2 levels: Basic/intermediate.
- Workshop on European Values
- RUN-EU European University
- Cultural Programme and Guided Visits.
List of documents to be submitted in English:
- CV in EUROPASS format;
- Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
- Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
- How will training at University of Burgos help you achieve your life goals
- What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
- Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
- Filled and signed Mobility Agreement for training
- Language Certificate – English Language level at least a B2 level. Diploma or Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well. Link for downloading Certificate template.
- A copy of the 1st page of the passport
- Fill in the Application form
