Call for Applications: Erasmus+ mobility to study at University of Burgos, the Kingdom of Spain

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd year Bachelor students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!
Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the autumn semester of the 2026/2027 academic year at University of Burgos, the Kingdom of Spain.
Application deadline: 23 February 2026 (included)
Eligible majors: Philology, Linguistics or Translation
Please note that most courses are taught in Spanish. English-taught courses are also available for selection. Please check the current course list on the website.
List of documents to be submitted in English:
- CV in EUROPASS format;
- Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
- Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
- How will study at the University of Burgos help you achieve your life goals?
- What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
- Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
- Learning Agreement (Tables A and B) signed bythe student and a responsible person from the faculty / institute(dean of the faculty / director of the institute or academic mobility coordinator of the faculty / institute or head of the department. (link for downloading Learning Agreement template).
Please note that the minimum number of credits for re-enrollment is 20.
- Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be approved and signedby the dean of the faculty/director of the institute or the academic mobility coordinator of the faculty/institute or the head of the department.
- Certificate of proficiency in English not lower than B2 level or Spanish not lower than B1 level. Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well. Link for downloading Certificate template.
Required: A2 Spanish language. No specific certification is required. Students will be required to take an online Spanish course if they cannot certify A2 level.
- Photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.
- Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+ programme (duration, level of study, project type, host institution).
- Copy of the 1st page of international passport.
- Fill out the Application form
