Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility for training at Anadolu University, the Republic of Türkiye

Mobility opportunity for administrative staff of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

We invite you to take part in International Staff Week for training that will take place at Anadolu University, the Republic of Türkiye, from April 13-17, 2026 under the Erasmus+ Credit Mobility programme.

List of documents to be submitted in English:

1. CV in EUROPASS format;
2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:

• Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
• How will teaching/training at Anadolu University help you achieve your life goals
• What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
• Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?

3. Filled and signed Mobility Agreement for training
4. Language Certificate – English Language level at least a B2 level or Turkish at least a B1 level. Diploma or Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well. Link for downloading Certificate template.
5. Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+ programme (duration, project type, host institution).
6. A copy of the 1^stpage of the passport
