Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility for study, Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski (Sofia, the Republic of Bulgaria)

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd year Bachelor students, 1st year Master Students and PhD students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the spring semester of the 2024/2025 academic year at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski (Sofia, the Republic of Bulgaria).

Eligible majors: Philology, History/Ethnology

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CVin EUROPASS format
  2. Motivational letter(up to 1 page), which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will studying at the Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  1. Learning Agreement (Tables A and B) signed by the student and a responsible person from the faculty / institute(dean of the faculty / director of the institute or academic mobility coordinator of the faculty / institute or head of the department. (link for downloading Learning Agreement template). Please note that the minimum number of credits is 20 ECTS.
  2. Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be approved andsignedby the dean of the faculty/director of the institute or the academic mobility coordinator of the faculty/institute or the head of the department.
  3. Certificateof proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level). If you choose courses from the philology departments that are taught in your language, please send us the certificate in the relevant language (min B2). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well (link for downloading Certificate template).

  • For Bachelor students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.
  • For Master and PhD students: scan of Bachelor’s diploma with supplement.
  1. Copy of the 1st page of international passport.
