Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility to study at Zagreb University, Republic of Croatia

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd, 3rd year Bachelor students and the 1st year Master students and PhD students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the spring semester of the 2025/2026 academic year at Zagreb University, Republic of Croatia.

Language acquisition: modern EC languages (Croatian/Ukrainian language and literature); Literature and linguistics, Political Science and Civics; Journalism and reporting, Business and administration; Business administration and Law, interdisciplinary programmes, Law, Database and Network Design and Administration; Software and Applications Development and Analysis;

Electricity and energy; Electronics and automation, Chemistry, Earth sciences (Geography, Geology), Physics, Psychology.

Applicants can choose to study in Croatian or in English.

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CVin EUROPASS format
  2. Motivational letter(up to 1 page) which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will study at Zagreb University help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  1. Learning Agreement (Tables A and B) signed by the student and a responsible person from the faculty / institute(dean of the faculty / director of the institute or academic mobility coordinator of the faculty / institute or head of the department. (link for downloading Learning Agreement template). Please note that the minimum number of credits is 20 ECTS.
  1. Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be approved and signed by the dean of the faculty/director of the institute or the academic mobility coordinator of the faculty/institute or the head of the department.
  2. Certificateof proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level) or Croatian (not lower than B2). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well Link for downloading the Certificate template.
  3. Transcript of Records

For Bachelor students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.

For Master students: scan of Bachelor’s diploma with supplement.

For PhD students: scan of Master’s diploma with supplement.

  1. To the attention of final year graduate students, as well as PhD students. In case of research work for thesis at Host Institution, students need to send an outline of research topic for consideration to Host Institution.
  2. Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+ programme (duration, level of study, project type, host institution).
  3. Complete the following Application form
