The participation in the exchange program at the President University (Republic of Indonesia) within the framework of bilateral cooperation
Mobility opportunity for 2nd and 3rd year bachelor’s students and 1st year master’s students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!
A competitive selection is being announced for study at the President University during the fall semester of the 2025-2026 academic year. The host university offers students free tuition and accommodation, the student covers other expenses independently.

List of documents to be submitted in English:
- CV (it is important to indicate the name and surname according to the foreign passport, the phone number for communication in WhatsApp, e-mail);
- Certificate of proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well.

- Motivation letter (300-400 words) with a detailed description of the reasons for studying at the President University which should explain:
- Why do you want to participate in the mobility?
- How will study at the President University help you achieve your life goals?
- What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
- For Bachelor students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English. For Master students: scan of Bachelor’s diploma with supplement;
- Individual schedule indicating the approximate dates of session upon returning to Home university (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Faculty/Institute mobility coordinator. Minimal amount of ECTS – 15.
- Letter of recommendation from the professor who teaches the student.
- The scanned copy of a foreign passport.
- Medical reference (Form 082/o) on the health status of the applicant and its certified translation;
