Mobility opportunity for teaching staff of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to teach/train for up to 7 days during autumn semester, academic year 2025/2026 at University of Barcelona, the Kingdom of Spain.

List of documents to be submitted in English:

1. CV in EUROPASS format;
2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:

• Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
• How will teaching/training at University of Barcelona help you achieve your life goals
• What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
• Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?

3. Filled and signed Mobility Agreement

Before signing the document at KNU you should contact the relevant faculty/department from University of Barcelona by sending an e-mail to agree on the teaching plan. If you receive a positive response, provide your Mobility Agreement form to the partner university for signing. After that, get a signature at KNU.

4. A detailed plan of the work you intend to do at the university.
5. Language Certificate – English Language at least a B2 level.
6. A copy of the 1^st page of the passport
7. Fill out the KNU Application form

Please send the documents in electronic form to , in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: UB-teaching-2025-Ivanenko or UB-training-2025-Ivanenko.
