Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility to study at University of Barcelona, the Kingdom of Spain

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd year Bachelor students and the 1st year Master students of of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during autumn semester of the 2025/2026 academic year at University of Barcelona, the Kingdom of Spain.

Eligible major: All, except Medicine and Health Sciences

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV in EUROPASS format;
  2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will studying at University of Barcelona help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  1. Learning Agreement(Table A and B), signed by the academic coordinator or department head (link for downloading Learning Agreement template).

Minimal amount of ECTS – 15.

  1. Individual scheduleindicating the approximate dates of session upon returning to Home university (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Institute mobility coordinator.
  2. Certificate of proficiency in English not lower than B2 level or in Spanish/Catalan not lower than B1 level. Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well(link for downloading Certificate template).
  3. For Bachelor and Master students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.
  4. Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+ programme (duration, level of study, project type, host institution).
  5. Copy of the 1st page of international passport.
  6. Fill out the Application form

Please send the documents in electronic form to erasmus.international@knu.ua, in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: UB-autumn-2025-Ivanenko.
